What You Will Be Doing
Conduct both routine and complex clinical lab tests across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering to established laboratory protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Support specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for analysis as required.
Accurately document all laboratory procedures, provide training to new team members or students, and help maintain the highest lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certification Expectations
Obtaining the ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire is required.
Consistent maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
