
Executive Facilities Administrator - BSC

Primary Purpose
The Facilities Administrator will work closely with and report to the Supervisor Facilities Operations. The position will be responsive to internal and external customers seeking support and information related to the operation of the primary facility under the purview of the position. Specifically, this role will handle onsite day‑to‑day executive coordination and facilities–related responsibilities, including coordinating activities and work being completed onsite, managing records, and providing scheduling support. The position will also handle administrative functions related to the support of the onsite executive leadership, including associated correspondence.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Assign service requests/work orders to appropriate resources; track progress and report completion of work; document client satisfaction levels. (30%)
Work with Real Estate and Facilities Leadership in support of the assigned Facilities. Communicate and work with management, corporate facilities and administrative staff, and external vendors in support of the Facilities Department. (30%)
Provide general office and related support to Executives, including but not limited to food ordering, billing/charge reconciliation, runner services, supply ordering, supply stocking, and general office management support. (30%)
Participate in or handle special projects as appropriate. Based on the needs of onsite Executives or Real Estate and Facilities leaders, participate in and assist in special projects and assignments. (10%)
Job Scope
Coordinate all aspects of project implementation, including reviewing and maintaining current office equipment, physical space, and planning for future needs of all Exelon‑leased and owned buildings. Coordinate with internal customers and external vendors on small capital projects at both current and new facilities; update key stakeholders as necessary. Manage day‑to‑day facility maintenance and repair requests at specific Exelon locations. Coordinate the moving of employees across the Exelon portfolio once the Occupancy Planning team provides details of the move. Assist in planning, coordinating, and facilitating company event set‑ups and take‑downs. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. At least 3 years of experience in a Real Estate or Facilities setting with Executive interaction. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of PC applications, including Windows, MS Office, PCARD, TIME, etc. Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and discretion, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated administrative, organizing and planning skills, research, data assessment, and the creation of research tools. Knowledge of corporate and business unit policies, procedures, and practices. Proven ability to perform effectively in a high‑performance culture. Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, and communicate effectively (written & verbal). Good organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities and requirements. Drive and promote a safety culture within the portfolio, including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors. Works and participates effectively in a team environment, within the department, and with other departments and outside contractors. Represents the Facilities Department in inter‑departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments.
Benefits
Annual salary: $60,800.00 – $83,600.00 per year, based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
Annual bonus for eligible positions: 7%.
