Quality Assurance Coordinator
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at WITRON, you will audit all organizational processes to ensure compliance with WITRON standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You will conduct audits, maintain quality documentation, monitor key metrics, and support corrective actions and training initiatives. By working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen audit readiness, and help ensure the efficiency and quality of the client’s automated warehouse system.
You have experience auditing processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or automated systems and a strong understanding of quality principles. You are skilled at analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across departments, and adapt to changing priorities to uphold standards and ensure operational excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement make you a key contributor to delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions for our clients.

Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Skills & Experience Required
2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role within manufacturing, supply chain, or automated systems
Strong understanding of quality principles, auditing techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with automated material handling systems and warehouse operations is an asset
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with WITRON standards and customer expectations
Ensure adherence to established procedures and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur
Maintain quality assurance documentation and protocols to support consistent quality practices
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and IT teams to identify and resolve process deviations
Ensure proper escalation protocols are followed for any quality-related issues
Collect, organize, and analyze quality metrics and KPIs
Provide regular reports and feedback to the Director of Operational Excellence and other stakeholders
Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action tracking
Support training initiatives related to quality procedures and standards
Promote compliance awareness and audit readiness across departments
Participate in initiatives to improve process efficiency and product/service quality
Support cross-functional teams in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies
Assist in executing action plans based on audit findings and performance reviews
Prepare documentation for customer audits and regulatory inspections
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards
Maintain open, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters
Availability to travel up to 10% for training or support
Ability to work any shift as required by operational needs
Ability to be on-call for urgent quality-related issues
Perform other related duties as assigned
