Your Role In Our Team
As a Maintenance Quality Assurance Coordinator at WITRON, you are responsible for evaluating the quality and consistency of maintenance processes across multiple sites. You conduct audits to verify compliance with established procedures, identify deviations, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented and sustained. You also support QA activities during site commissioning and ramp-up, ensuring maintenance readiness from day one. By collaborating with site maintenance teams and technical leadership, you help drive process integrity, operational reliability, and customer satisfaction across the network, while playing an integral role in building the initial onsite team.

You thrive in collaborative settings across sites, maintain objectivity, and are committed to upholding operational standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance, quality, or a related field preferred; trade school certifications in electrical or mechanical fields (e.g., Red Seal) are also accepted

Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Auditor, Six Sigma, or CMRP are a plus

Proven experience in maintenance operations, quality assurance, or process auditing within industrial or automated logistics environments

Strong understanding of maintenance methodologies (e.g., PM, PdM, RCM) and related documentation standards

Ability to interpret technical procedures and evaluate process compliance

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance data analysis

Ability to work independently and maintain objectivity in audit activities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with audit tools or reporting platforms is a plus

Willingness to work onsite and occasionally outside normal business hours as needed

Skills/Experience Required

5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, process auditing, or quality assurance within industrial or automated logistics environments

Demonstrated ability to conduct structured audits and evaluate compliance with technical procedures and standards

Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying root causes and verifying corrective and preventive actions

Experience working with CMMS platforms and interpreting maintenance-related data

Ability to communicate audit findings clearly and constructively to technical and operational teams

High level of objectivity, integrity, and attention to detail in audit execution

Familiarity with quality standards and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001)

Experience working within operational constraints while maintaining audit rigor and consistency

Key Responsibilities

Support quality assurance activities during site commissioning and ramp-up phases, ensuring maintenance readiness and alignment with operational requirements

Collaborate with site maintenance teams and technical leadership to promote process integrity, operational reliability, and continuous improvement

Contribute to the development and refinement of audit tools, templates, and reporting platforms to enhance audit consistency and efficiency

Evaluate the quality, consistency, and documentation of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (PM, PdM, RCM) activities

Conduct structured audits of maintenance processes across multiple automated logistics and industrial sites to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards

Identify process deviations and gaps, and verify the implementation and sustainability of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)

Interpret technical procedures and maintenance documentation to assess compliance and effectiveness

Analyze maintenance data using CMMS platforms to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement

Report audit findings clearly and constructively, providing actionable feedback to both technical and operational stakeholders

Maintain objectivity and independence in audit execution while working within operational constraints

Stay current with industry standards and best practices, including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other relevant frameworks

Train and support Continuous Improvement employees

Ability to travel 100% to sites as needed, including occasional work outside normal business hours to accommodate operational schedules

Perform other duties as assigned
