Venous diagnostic and interventional procedures (TIPS, stenting, thrombectomy, filter placement)
Venous access procedures (tunneled and non-tunneled catheters, ports)
Dialysis access management (angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis)
Hepatobiliary interventions (biliary drainage, cholecystostomy, stenting)
Thoracic interventions (chest tube placement, pleurodesis)
Image-guided procedures (biopsy, drainage, tumor ablation RFA, cryo, microwave)
Musculoskeletal procedures (lumbar puncture, joint injections, moderate sedation)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active unrestricted license in any U.S. state
Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (ABR)
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Experience: Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
Other Qualifications: NPI required; no history of license restrictions or disciplinary actions
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures
Provide inpatient consults and procedural care
Participate in call rotation and respond to emergent cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Ensure timely documentation and adherence to facility protocols
