Job Description
Directly assists the commander in the management of assigned administrative support program functions. Programs include, but are not limited to, Task Management, Fitness, Records Management, Operational Security, Cyber Security Liaison and Facility Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Administers programs serve as the primary source of information and continuity for all assigned administrative support programs.
Assist the Commander's Support Staff in the preparation, maintenance, and disposition of administrative reports and other correspondence.
Assist CSS with mail distribution within squadron.
Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
Experience with Microsoft and SharePoint software programs. Ability to fact-find, do problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.
Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts, communicate effectively, using tact and courtesy and possess the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
Ability to plan and organize management programs and functions of an organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Must have a Government Secret Clearance.
Minimum of one year's experience working in an administrative role in support of a squadron.
