Overview
Job Summary:
The Retail Service Coordinator interacts & supports the administrative functions for all Service, Retail Managers & Technicians in the field.
Duties/Responsibilities
Schedule Quality Assurance visits.
Enters weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan.
Schedules follow up activities.
Tracks vehicle maintenance logs.
Assists with property management quotes and follow ups.
Assists with Afterhours calls for nights and weekends.
Assists with technician’s service titan board for following up with incomplete calls.
Assist with technician’s payroll and GPS tracking.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 + years office-based experience required.
Construction Experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
Sitting at computer for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
