What You’ll Do
Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
Support estimating efforts (design‑build, design‑assist, plan/spec)
Oversee fabrication packages and project budgets
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
What We’re Looking For
0‑5 years of experience in mechanical project management
Background in HVAC, piping, or mechanical systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6 (preferred)
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
