Business Operations Coordinator
Our firm is supporting a professional services client seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to serve as the central hub for office operations, leadership support, and employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their career who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveries
Manage front office operations including phones, mail, conference rooms, and office supplies
Support senior leaders with calendar management, meetings, travel, and special projects
Coordinate onboarding logistics, office events, and internal meetings
Assist with employee experience, vendor coordination, and general office administration
Provide light support across marketing, communications, and firm initiatives as needed
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in office coordination or administration
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional, people-focused, and comfortable juggling priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
