We’re hiring an

Assistant Project Manager

to support a high-performing sales team within a growing HVAC distribution business. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition from closed deal to fully executed project—owning the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps everything moving.

What You’ll Do

Support post-sale customer setup and project onboarding

Coordinate internal teams, timelines, and documentation to keep projects on track

Manage administrative and operational tasks to free up the lead salesperson’s time

Track project milestones, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

Maintain accurate records, systems, and communication across stakeholders

Act as a key point of organization between sales, operations, and customers

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in engineering, construction, or HVAC-related work ( HVAC strongly preferred )

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces

Highly structured, process-driven mindset

Comfortable working in a support role that enables sales success

Understanding of how HVAC sales cycles and project execution typically operate is a plus

Self-motivated and dependable—someone who takes ownership of keeping things organized
