Position Summary
Entrega is seeking a Resource Planning Manager to own the forward-looking alignment of project demand, workforce supply, and hiring execution across the business.
This role sits at the center of delivery and operations – partnering with delivery leaders, recruiting, and executive stakeholders to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to meet client commitments and financial targets.
This is not a reporting or analytics role. This is an operational leadership role responsible for driving clarity, enforcing discipline, and shaping decisions that directly impact delivery success, utilization, and growth.

Resource Demand & Capacity Planning
Establish and maintain a forward-looking view of resource demand across the organization
Translate delivery requirements into structured, actionable workforce and hiring plans
Identify and quantify gaps between projected demand and available capacity
Continuously refine demand forecasts in partnership with delivery leadership
Ensure demand signals are clear, validated, and aligned with business priorities
Introduce structure and consistency into how resource needs are defined and communicated
Hiring Alignment & Workforce Planning
Define hiring requirements based on validated demand, including role type, level, and timing
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Resource Operations to align hiring execution to business needs
Sequence and prioritize hiring to ensure timely fulfillment of delivery demand
Challenge and refine hiring requests to ensure accuracy, necessity, and alignment
Prevent reactive or misaligned hiring through disciplined planning and coordination
Monitor and forecast resource utilization trends across delivery teams
Identify upcoming roll-offs, bench risk, and capacity constraints
Highlight revenue and delivery risks associated with resource gaps or misalignment
Provide forward-looking visibility into resource coverage and availability
Support leadership in maintaining balanced utilization across teams
Partner with delivery leadership to shape staffing strategies across projects and programs
Evaluate tradeoffs between internal allocation, external hiring, and resource leveling
Recommend staffing approaches that align with delivery quality, scalability, and financial performance
Support structured decision-making around resource allocation and workforce planning
Ensure staffing decisions are made with clarity, consistency, and alignment to business objectives
Operational Visibility & Planning Outputs
Develop and maintain core resource planning artifacts, including demand plans and hiring forecasts
Provide leadership with clear, actionable visibility into resource needs and risks
Ensure planning outputs are accurate, timely, and trusted across the organization
Move beyond reporting to provide insight that informs decisions and actions
Support the development of simple, scalable planning tools and frameworks
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in resource planning, workforce planning, delivery operations, PMO, capacity planning, or similar roles within professional services, consulting, technology services, or project-based environments
Demonstrated experience aligning staffing or hiring decisions to business demand and delivery needs
Strong understanding of project-based delivery models and resource allocation dynamics
Experience working cross-functionally with delivery leadership, recruiting, and operations teams
Proven ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured, actionable plans
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and drive solutions
Experience forecasting utilization, capacity, or workforce demand in a dynamic environment
Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level, balancing planning with follow-through
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions
Experience operating in growth‑oriented environments where processes are being built or refined
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and operational discipline
