Information Technology Project Manager (Baltimore)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support AI and Machine Learning initiatives within an innovative technology lab environment. This role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge AI-focused projects, collaborating across business and technology teams.

Duration:

6-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies
Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary
Support Agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to governance frameworks, documentation, and best practices

Required Qualifications
8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience delivering technology or AI/ML-related projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or SharePoint
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
PMP or PMI certification
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven projects
