Brockton, Massachusetts – 35 Christy's Place, Brockton, MA.

Available Shifts
Full Time:

30-40 hours per week. Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, every other weekend in the Memory Care neighborhood.

Pay & Benefits
Pay rates start at $35–$37 per hour based on experience. A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is paid in quarterly installments.

Responsibilities
The Wellness Nurse assists the Resident Care Director in managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents. Responsibilities include:

Training and managing CNAs and other care staff.

Serving as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and other care providers.

Ensuring consistent and quality care for residents.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Massachusetts license.

At least 1 year of experience caring for elderly and/or Alzheimer’s populations.

Physical stamina to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents with or without assistance.

Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and physicians.

Punctuality and reliability, as residents depend on timely assistance with daily living activities.
