The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. Position
Wentworth Health Partners Cardiovascular Group provides expert care from fellowship-trained, board-certified vascular specialists. Our team works closely with experienced doctors, nurses, technologists, and clinicians at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. We treat all aspects of vascular health using both minimally invasive and traditional surgical options. With advanced imaging and modern endovascular technology, we focus on accurate diagnosis and effective treatment to support the best possible outcomes for each patient.

Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Registered Nurse to support our Vascular Surgery team. This role consists of 8-hour shifts staggered between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The primary location for this position is 10 Members Way in Dover, NH, with occasional cross-coverage at our Portsmouth, NH practice located at 67 Corporate Drive. This role will also collaborate with the Mass General Heart and Vascular Institute to support ongoing program development and growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.

Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.

Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications
Education

Associate's Degree Nursing required

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?

Licenses and Credentials

Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred

Experience

Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.

Additional Job Details
Strongly preferred qualifications include prior experience in Vascular Surgery and/or Medical–Surgical settings, as well as outpatient clinical experience. Experience with care coordination and proficiency in EPIC are also highly desirable.
