Overview

An established organization is seeking an HR & Safety Coordinator to support human resources operations while overseeing workplace safety initiatives. This role will partner with leadership to ensure compliance with HR policies and safety regulations while promoting a safe, productive work environment for employees.
Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and HR documentation
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies
Assist with recruiting coordination, new hire onboarding, and employee offboarding
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support needs
Coordinate and maintain workplace safety programs and safety training initiatives
Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Investigate and document workplace incidents, accidents, and safety concerns
Assist with safety audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
Partner with leadership to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Safety, or a related field
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% On-Site
