• Dates: Upon credentialing ongoing
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a 5p (one-hour unpaid lunch)
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Census: PPD (includes chemo visits)
• Support: One APRN, two RNs, two MAs, one front office staff; infusion on site
• Procedures: Chemotherapy administration; treatment of solid tumors and hematologic conditions
• Requirements: BC Hematology/Oncology; emergency privileges available with active license and clean history
