Position Summary
This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance your career.
Responsibilities
Drive area sales results and ensure open patient access to GSK therapies.
Develop and execute area business plans.
Identify and apply resources to develop key prescribers/key account drivers within the area.
Engage proactively with key customers and account groups to promote GSK therapies and company image.
Work cross‑functionally to maximize brand availability and exposure within key accounts.
Collaborate with team and Regional Sales Director to ensure successful launch or ongoing promotion of branded products.
Engage with Regional Sales Director and cross‑functional partners on development of programs and activities to increase customer access.
Basic Qualifications
4‑year BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, biologic/specialty sales experience and/or 3+ years clinical oncology experience, oncology education, patient care skills, and direct physician interface.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive or operate a vehicle.
Must reside in the geography; no relocation assistance.
Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel up to 30% of time.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of oncology or specialty sales experience; health system/Institutional experience preferred.
Experience in hematology or solid tumor care settings.
Experience with infusion therapies or complex clinical logistics.
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account‑based strategies.
Strong organizational skills to maintain high productivity, innovation, and priority setting.
Strategic thinking with high integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with all management levels.
Work Arrangement
This is a field‑based role requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory and occasionally beyond. Driving is an essential function.
