Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Medical Office Coordinator to join our team in the Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in scheduling surgeries, submitting prior authorizations, managing the front desk, checking in patients, and providing administrative support for provider teams.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in patients.

Submit prior authorizations for medical procedures and surgeries.

Schedule surgeries and coordinate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Provide high‑level administrative support for providers' teams, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Ensure all patient records are kept up‑to‑date and confidential.

Handle incoming calls and emails with professional phone manners and excellent communication skills.

Problem‑solve and address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Healthcare industry.

Proven experience in scheduling surgeries, submitting prior authorizations, and providing administrative support.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on a positive patient experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional phone manners and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes in the healthcare industry.
