Clinical Role: Maternal and Fetal Medicine (MFM)Referral Bonus: Generous referral fees available

Open Dates:

• 05/08-05/15
• 05/16-05/22
• 05/26-05/31

Coverage:

• Rotation between two clinic sites (30 minutes apart)
• Phone-only consults may occasionally be required at one site
• Office & inpatient coverage
• Average scheduled patients per day: 27

Team & Support

• Number of physicians: 1 per site (2-provider service)
• APPs: 1 NP rotating sites
• Support staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team
• Exam rooms: 3
• Onsite lab: No
• Onsite ultrasound: Yes (GE 10)

Practice Profile

• Low risk pregnancies: 5%
• High risk pregnancies: 95%
• Nursery level: III
• EMR: EPIC, Viewpoint

Procedures & Skill Sets

• Amniocentesis
• Chorionic Villus Sampling
• Cerclage (preferred)
• Management of: Pre-Eclampsia, Multiple Pregnancy, Growth Restriction, Chromosomal & Congenital Abnormalities, Pre-term Labor, Hypertension, Thrombophilia, Genetic Disorders, Birth Defects
• Vaginal and Cesarean Birth
• Care of any fetal or maternal high-risk comorbidities

Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certified/Eligible: MFM (Required)
• Fellowship: Required
• State Medical License: Required
• BLS Certification: Required
• AIUM Certification: Preferred
