Executive Assistant
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will act as a key partner, supporting both daily execution and broader initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex and evolving calendar, including scheduling across multiple time zones
Serve as a point of contact between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare meeting materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely communication
Organize agendas, presentations, and documentation for meetings
Track action items and follow up on deliverables
Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Draft and edit communications on behalf of leadership
Support ongoing projects by tracking timelines and deliverables
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business tools
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
