
Executive Assistant

Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operation of executive functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Book travel
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
Support event planning, including leadership meetings, off-sites, and company events
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executives
Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Salary
Target salary range: $60-70k
