Full‑Time - 12‑hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM)
Salary
Up to $32 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with precision and compassion.
Deliver individualized nursing care to meet each resident’s unique health needs.
Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to ensure residents' comfort and well‑being.
Maintain accurate medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.
Uphold HIPAA standards to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of Florida.
CPR certification required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term care or a related setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
