Responsibilities
Arrive and depart work on time
Flexibility with working hours
Provide in‑home care at clients’ residences, traveling between shifts
Perform light housekeeping duties (bending and stooping)
Assist clients with grocery shopping (mandatory)
Be available around animals if necessary
Qualifications
Active Washington HCA/CNA certification (legal requirement)
6 months to 1 year experience in a care setting
Ability to lift 30 lbs (mandatory)
Dedication and commitment to accepted care shifts
Strong communication skills
