Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to arrive and depart work on time

Flexibility with working hours

Ability to do light housekeeping (bending and stooping)

Comfortable working around animals for clients that have pets

Ability to lift 30 lbs (mandatory)

Dedication and commitment to the care shifts accepted

Strong communication skills

Active Washington HCA/CNA certification (legal requirement)

6 months to 1 year of experience in a care setting

Experience grocery shopping for clients (mandatory)

Willingness to travel between clients’ homes
