
Health Science Educators (Registered Nurses)

We are seeking qualified and passionate Registered Nurses to join our Health Sciences team as instructors in an adult education setting. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction and preparing students for careers in healthcare through classroom, laboratory, and clinical experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide instruction in health science programs including Medical Assisting, EKG, Phlebotomy, and Nursing-related courses
Deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical instruction aligned with state curriculum frameworks
Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback to support student success
Supervise students in clinical settings, ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, competencies, and evaluations
Collaborate with program leadership to support program development and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of
two (2) years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in teaching, training, or supervising healthcare students or staff preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student success and workforce development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in adult education or career and technical education (CTE) programs
Background in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, or EKG instruction
