Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor for adverse effects and document patient response
Ensure patient safety and comfort, manage symptoms, and provide education to patients and families; maintain continuity of care
Requirements
Active RN license in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure) prior to start
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience; home health or hospice experience preferred
Ability to work in a home-based hospice setting and perform 12-hour night shifts
Strong assessment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
