Responsibilities

Perform essential nursing tasks such as vital signs, routine assessments, wound care, and injections per policy
Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support comfort and independence
Document care accurately in patient records; communicate changes or concerns to the charge nurse promptly
Maintain safety, infection control, and environmental cleanliness; respond to call lights and maintain resident dignity
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in North Carolina
Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
Ability to work night shifts and assist with resident mobility as neededSuccessful completion of background check and drug screen
