Your Role
As the
Caregiver , your role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.
Position Highlights
Status: Full and Part time openings
Schedule: Openings on 3‑11 and 11‑7
Location: 3000 Balfour Circle, Phoenixville PA 19460
Rate of Pay: $18–$20 per hour; shift differential of $1.50/hr for 3‑11 and $1/hr for 11‑7
What You’ll Do
Responsible for a designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks
Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance
Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly
Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being
Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas
Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents
Engage residents in meaningful life‑skills activities and enrichment programs
Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience working with seniors preferred
Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership
Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with superior customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
