BayCare is currently in search of our newest Rehab Services Technician II who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Founded in 1916, Morton Plant Hospital was the first hospital built in northern Pinellas County. The 599‑bed facility provides highly technical and specialized care to more than 50,000 patients annually and works in more than 50 specialty areas. Rehab Service Tech II Responsibilities
Assists the rehabilitation team members in the treatment of patients and residents.
Functions under the direct supervision of the Physical or Occupational Therapists, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants when assisting with patient/resident care.
Transports patients/residents to and from the rehabilitation service areas. Carries out tasks related to the routine operation of the department.
Requirements
BLS (Basic Life Support)
1 year Rehab and/or related healthcare experience
High School or Equivalent
Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main‑MPH
Location: Morton Plant Hospital - Clearwater, FL
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: Tue‑Sat; 8‑Hr day
Weekend Work: Every
On Call: No
