Decor Associate II
– You will have demonstrated mastery of Level I requirements and will work with greater independence to manufacture and assemble half walls, soffits, cabinets, and multi‑layered decor elements. This role includes mentoring junior associates while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, productivity, and safety.
What You’ll Do
Manufacture all standard decor projects with limited supervision
Build and assemble half walls, top cap decor, soffits, cabinets, and multi‑layered decorative elements
Mentor and train Level I associates
Maintain organized, clean work areas and toolboxes
Inspect product quality during and after production
Route finished goods to the appropriate destination
Complete and maintain required production documentation and records
Perform basic setup and adjustments to shop equipment as needed
Follow all safety policies, work rules, and housekeeping standards
What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year of related manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and floor plans
Proficiency using table saws, routers, drills, pin nailers, and cut‑off saws
Ability to troubleshoot product or equipment issues
Strong math skills including fractions and measurement calculations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of department products, components, and part numbers
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and hands‑on fabrication work
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
Manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levels
Required PPE includes safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel‑toe footwear
This role offers an hourly pay range of
$18.00 – $26.00 , based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
