Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Cedar Falls, IA. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance, diagnose vehicle issues, and execute repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients regarding maintenance and repair needs, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, with a strong ability to address mechanical and technical automotive needs
Expertise in Troubleshooting and analyzing vehicle performance issues
Experience in Field Service, including working on various vehicle models and systems
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the quality of work
Ability to work onsite, as well as follow workplace safety standards and procedures
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent training is a plus
Previous experience in the automotive or related field is beneficial
