Program Coordinator / Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Program Coordinator / Clinical Supervisor is a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers. The Program Coordinator supervises the methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in‑home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members. As a supervisor you may be responsible for completing treatment should the staff member not be available.

Required Experience
Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field
Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field
Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Responsibilities
Supervising clinicians and assigned case managers
Ensuring all supervision is documented in a timely manner
Attending treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
Providing staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
Ensuring the proper implementation of the in‑home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided
Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships
