About The Role
Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving our team more time to relax, recharge and enjoy the summer sunshine.
We are looking for a Clinical Program Coordinator / Clinical Supervisor – a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers. The Program Coordinator supervises methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in‑home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members. As a supervisor you may also be responsible for completing treatment if the staff member is not available.

Supervision towards clinical licensure is offered.
Required Experience
Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field
Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field
Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Responsibilities
Supervise clinicians and assigned case managers
Ensure that all supervision is documented in a timely manner
Attend treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
Review and evaluate the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
Ensure proper implementation of in‑home treatment plans, assessments and interventions provided
Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships
