Full Time, hourly
Shift Hours:
Overnights 7on/7off
Weekend Work:
Every Other
On Call:
No
Pharmacy Technician I , under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, responsibilities include
Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department
Efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction
Required Registration:
Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program
Preferred experience is 1-year Institutional practice or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.
Required specific skills may also include successfully passing Pharmaceutical Calculations exam.
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
Required FL Registered Pharmacy Technician License
Preferred Qualifications
1 year Pharmacy Technician experience
Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
