Description
The Resident Care Supervisor oversees the recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising of caregiving staff. The individual is responsible for coordinating services for residents, supervising care delivery, and maintaining service care plans.
Required Qualifications
Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required based on the location of the position. Fingerprinting may also be required.
5 years of experience as a caregiver/medication aide and/or care management experience (overseeing staff supporting resident daily activities).
3 years in a supervisory role within long‑term care.
