EPIC charting required.
This role oversees guardianships, complex medical and placements, and social situations.
Shift/hours: 5x8 days, Monday‑thru‑Friday block (08:00 or 08:30‑16:00 or 16:30, depending on needs).
Qualifications
RN MD state license required
BLS, CPI, CSW, LBSW, LCSW-C, LCSW licenses/certifications
Experience: 3 years in inpatient hospital/acute care
EPIC charting proficiency
