The organization seeks a full‑time Clinical Therapist (LPCC or LISW) to deliver behavioral health services in an integrated, primary‑care setting. Candidates will use evidence‑based techniques with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics (5+) to geriatrics. The office is energetic, team‑oriented, and dedicated to excellent patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities
Work within a care team while providing direct counseling services to patients.
Assess patients for common mental health disorders using evidence‑based tools.
Provide brief behavioral interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, problem‑solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other appropriate techniques.
Organize patient outreach to facilitate follow‑up care or services.
Requirements
LPCC, LPCC‑S, LISW, or LISW‑S license.
Comprehensive knowledge of community resources.
Ability to effectively engage patients of all ages in a therapeutic relationship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone and virtual visits, as well as in person.
