Clinical Therapist (LPCC or LISW) – split time between Manchester and Norton offices.

Responsibilities
Work within a care team while providing direct counseling services to the patient.
Assess patients for common mental health disorders using evidence‑based tools.
Provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence‑based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, problem‑solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other treatments as appropriate.
Organize patient outreach to facilitate follow‑up care or services.
Requirements
LPCC, LPCC‑S, LISW or LISW‑S.
Comprehensive knowledge of area resources.
Ability to effectively engage patients in a therapeutic relationship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to work with patients by telephone, virtual visits, and in person.
