Seasonal HR Assistant
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm
Responsibilities
Assisting with the maintenance of employee records for our DC3 associate population
Auditing and updating employee data via HRIS reporting and Excel
Running regular and ad hoc reports for HR and management
Employee support: assisting employees with their questions, escalating where appropriate
Supporting the HR team with project‑based work related to benefits, HRIS, compliance, etc.
Administrative tasks: preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation, maintaining records and files, and entering and processing financial data
Payroll: assisting with payroll functions as needed
Hiring: coordinating hiring activities, assisting with new employee set up, training, and onboarding, and schedules
Events: coordinating employer‑sponsored events, assisting at events
Completing other tasks as needed by the department
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
1+ years of HR experience is preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Top‑notch written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Strong sense of urgency and a "can‑do" attitude
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
A solutions‑driven, collaborative approach to working with all levels of staff
