We are looking for a quality Physical Therapist for an assignment with one of our top healthcare clients.
Requirements
Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
Must have graduated from an accredited school.
Minimum one year of experience.
Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining licensure.
Current CPR certification.
Additional client‑specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including providing direct patient care, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential. The PT establishes and administers a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. The PT sets realistic goals, documents and records patient condition, and educates patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
Develops a plan of care for each patient.
Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet therapy goals.
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
