Job Opportunity
LPN Charge Nurse
Rates
$32.50-$36 base rate, not including shift diff or incentive pay.
Available Shifts
11pm-7am (24hrs)
Per Diem
Responsibilities
The LPN Charge Nurse plans, executes, and oversees nursing services for assigned residents, adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.
LPN Key Duties
Plan and provide professional care aligned with residents\' needs and the changing medical landscape.
Maintain professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
Document crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
Administer prescribed medications and oversee accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.
LPN Requirements
Valid state LPN nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.
Additional Expectations
All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts per month.
