Job Opportunity: LPN Charge Nurse (New Grads Welcome!)
Starting Pay: Competitive rates up to $37 per hour, based on experience.
Differentials Offered
Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Weekend Differential: $1.50 for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
Additional Shifts Differential: Extra $5.00 per hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours
Responsibilities
The LPN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering professional care while aligning with residents’ needs and the evolving medical landscape.
Maintaining professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
Accurate and comprehensive documentation of resident care.
Administering prescribed medications and maintaining accurate records in line with facility policies.
Requirements
Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long‑term care regulations.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative team player; prior experience in long‑term care preferred.
Additional Expectations
All LPN positions require weekend on‑call availability to support staff and residents. Per diem staff must fulfill two weekend shifts monthly.
