Job Summary
Maintains a high degree of accuracy in radiographic positioning and exposure technique. Maintains knowledge about radiation protection and safety. Prepares for and assists the radiologist in the completion of intricate radiographic examinations. Radiographers are the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and other members of the support team.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: 2‑year certificate or Associate Degree
Minimum Experience: (not specified)
Required Certification: ARRT and BLS (to be completed within 3 months of employment)
Required Licensure: TDH and MRT
Skills: Computer experience preferred; typing and medical terminology
