PAN Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients’ well‑being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Perform total body and system assessments each shift/visit according to unit standards.
Provide plan, implement, evaluate, and educate patient care, including documentation and patient education.
Utilize technology, procedures, protocols, standards, and interventions specific to the assigned unit.
Maintain legible, timely, concise, and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures; proficient with the computerized documentation system.
Accept responsibility and accountability for own decisions and behaviors; cooperate with facility leadership.
Participate in orientation of new staff, ancillary personnel, and mentor students in a constructive, positive manner; serve as a resource to staff from other nursing departments.
Qualifications
One year of experience as a PACU Registered Nurse in a post‑anesthesia care unit in an acute‑care setting.
Registered Nurse license in California.
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Pay Range
$92.22 /hour
