This role is ideal for a technician with strong experience in treatment room procedures, anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry, actively involved in dental radiology, prophylaxis, anesthesia monitoring, and advanced procedures.
Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, radiographs, and lab work
Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate clients on at-home care and preventative medicine
Maintain accurate medical records
Provide compassionate care to patients and excellent communication with clients
Qualifications
Experience as a Veterinary Technician
Strong technical and clinical skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting
Excellent communication and client service skills
Passion for animal care and patient advocacy
