Job Title: Assembler
We are currently seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our team in Tennessee. As an assembly team member, you will be responsible for assembling components, inspecting parts, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have high manual dexterity, a focus on safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products based on established blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and identify defects or inconsistencies.
Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and notify supervisors of any equipment or quality issues.
Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment, as needed.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours), bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.
Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with production, hand tools, assembly, general labor, mechanical tasks, and blueprint reading.
Open to entry-level candidates.

Work in a clean machine shop with available shifts including 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and 3rd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM) in a facility that emphasizes safety and team collaboration.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
