Night shift schedule: 3x12‑hour shifts, 19:00–07:00 (4x12 available upon request)
13‑week contract
Patient ratio of 1:3
Floating between like units and across all facilities within California is required
Charting in Epic (experience required)
Scrubs are provided for L&D
Requirements
Active CA RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
Active certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
Postpartum experience required
Epic EMR proficiency required
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty are required for consideration
SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
Local candidates are not accepted for this position
First‑time travelers are not accepted for this position
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Refusal to float between facilities may result in assignment termination
All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission — requests made after submission or offer may be denied
Royal blue or navy blue scrubs required when facility‑provided scrubs are not in use
