27-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting

Serves a diverse patient population including neuro, ortho, cardiac, cancer, and other complex medical cases

Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (3x12-hour shifts)

Option to work 36 or 48 hours per week

Every other weekend required

Floating required

No on-call responsibilities

Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required

Current BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required and must be in hand

Minimum 1-2 years of rehab nursing experience required

LVAD experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being considered as a traveler

Travel pairs or groups will not be considered

No more than 3 days of RTO will be automatically approved; no RTO during the first week of orientation

Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
