Job Summary
Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Mason City, Iowa. 13-week assignment, full-time 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in acute care settings, including evaluations and treatments per procedural guidelines.
Administer a variety of respiratory and cardiology modalities.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Clean, disinfect, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment; report malfunctions.
Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other staff to optimize patient care.
Respond to emergent situations requiring Respiratory support.
Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience.
Certified in BLS, ACLS; PALS/NRP may be required.
NBRC certification (preferred).
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet vision requirements.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week on 8-hour days.

Shift: Day shifts.
Travel type: Agency travel.
