Location: U.S. WI: Manitowoc at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital facility.
Job Type: On‑site.
FTE: 0.8
Standard Hours: 32.00
Shift: Rotating
Shift Details: Variable schedules on 1st and 2nd shift. Includes every 3rd weekend rotation and holiday rotation.
Job Summary
Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non‑technical, and clerical functions.
Experience
Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related healthcare experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Licensure
ASCP certification is preferred.
Special Skills
Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs, and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem‑solving and good communication skills are required.
